Scheduling Appointments

To accommodate your appointment needs, we recommend scheduling your next service prior to your departure. This ensures a time, day of week and preferred stylist to serve your needs.

Service means everything to us! If you are unable to call during regular business hours, please TEXT US a message OR LEAVE ONE on our answering machine. A guest care team member will return your call as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

We want nothing but the best for our guests! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know within 10 days so we can make any necessary adjustments or exchange for a product that’s right for you.

Children

In order for us to spend quality time with you, we ask that children not be left unattended. This policy is meant to provide safety for the child, as well as to minimize distractions for other guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Cell Phone Policy

For the consideration of all our guests, we ask that you please turn all cell phones to silent/vibrate during your visit to the salon.

Arriving Late

At The Vault every guest experience is carefully scheduled to ensure you receive the full time and attention you deserve.

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply. This ensures we can maintain the quality of service we’re known for and stay on time for every guest throughout the day.

We strongly encourage arriving 5-10 minutes early to relax, enjoy a beverage, and begin your service feeling calm and unrushed.

Cancellation or No Show

At The Vault, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. In order to ensure a smooth experience for all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: For any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a 50% fee for the scheduled service will apply.
  • Multiple Missed Appointments: If you miss multiple appointments, you will be subject to a credit card on file with a 100% deposit for future scheduled services.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we do our best to accommodate. However, this policy allows us to respect the time of both our stylists and clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Valuables

Gaia can not be responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave your valuables at home or carry them with you.
